All sessions are 50 minutes in length, but can be extended upon request.

Booking Your First Appointment

To book your first appointment, click the link below to schedule a free 15 minute consultation or to book your first session. You can also contact me by phone or email and I will help you setup your own personal online booking account. A referral from your Doctor is not necessary. This will allow you to book and reschedule appointments in the future with the click of a button!

Once you book an appointment, you will be sent an e-mail prompting you to complete the intake form. This allows you to complete the form from the comfort of your own home, and provides me with all of the information I need before your appointment, so there is no need for you to come in early for paperwork. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or are in need of clarification related to the contents of the intake form.

I also require a credit card on file to book your first appointment. This is used to charge for unpaid fees, or in case of a no show, or late cancellation. You will always be notified by phone or email if your card is being charged, and will be provided with a receipt once payment is obtained. Please see my cancellation policy below.


Fees are $145 per 50 minute session, and are paid for in full at the end of each session (Cash, Credit, or Check are accepted). I will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement or to file as a medical expense tax credit. These fees factor in session time as well as out-of-session administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and other tasks required.

My services are not covered by OHIP. Most extended health insurance plans fully or partially cover my services, however please confirm with your insurance provider before your first session. 

Cancellation Policy

I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows for clients on the wait list to take advantage of the newly opened time slot. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged for the full fee of the session. Exceptional circumstances are considered.
